WATI full-time employees are eligible for contributory Medical and Dental Insurance. Vision, Life and LTD/STD is 100% paid for by the employer. WATI also has Flexible Spending and 401K plans available for employees that wish to take advantage of tax saving programs. All new full-time employees are eligible for the entire benefit package effective the first of the following month of their start date. Employee contributions are deducted from the payroll each pay period. All contributions are pre-tax. At each renewal period, the option to go to a new provider is always considered with respect to cost of the benefits. Employee Referral Program
WATI is a growth-oriented company. Employee referrals are an effective way to recruit specialized expertise. WATI’s referral program rewards employees who recommend external candidates. If WATI hires a candidate referred by an employee, the employee is eligible to receive up to $500.00 after 3 months and up to $500 following one year of employment.
To be eligible for this benefit, employees must inform the hiring/ sales manager in writing prior to WATI’s initial contact with the person being referred.
