At least one (1) resource must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience during the last five (5) years performing activities that include understanding highly complex information; taking complex, technical information, and translating it for those who have nontechnical backgrounds; creating detailed instructions for others to follow; and developing written materials that explain technical information clearly.
At least one (1) resource must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience during the last five (5) years as part of a software development team writing documents for technical consumption such as user stories, user interface (UI), use cases, use case diagrams, mock-ups, and sequence diagrams.
At least one (1) resource must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience during the last five (5) years developing and publishing online content.
Desired Skills:
A minimum of one (1) resource has a degree or certificate in Journalism, English, or Communications and a minimum of one (1) year experience in a technical subject, such as Web design, software development, etc.
At least one (1) resource has a minimum of three (3) years of experience during the last five (5) years of experience understanding and implementing statutory mandates within the criminal justice system.
At least one (1) resource has a minimum of three (3) years of experience during the last five (5) years of implementing criminal justice policies relating to “granting relief” from criminal arrests and convictions, and/or other “clean slate” initiatives.
At least one (1) resource has one (1) year of experience working with one or more Department of Justice criminal history systems.
