Mandatory Qualifications:
- Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience applying analytical processes to IT projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience analyzing large complex portfolios of IT solutions for documenting business and functional requirements. Experience must have been obtained within the last five (5) years.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience developing IT solution portfolio roadmaps with a heavy focus on security, functionality, innovation, and consolidation. Experience must have been obtained within the last five (5) years.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification obtained within the last ten (10) years from an accredited entity.
- Certification or formal training in methods and tools using industry standards for Business Analysis and documentation.
- A Demonstrated ability to perform analysis and document business requirements, functional requirements, and dependencies on large complex IT solutions.
- A Demonstrated ability to produce roadmaps enabling the planning for short and long-term business goals.
- A Demonstrated ability to analyze security aspects of IT solutions and provide guidance on best practices.
Roles & Responsibilities:
General Duties/Tasks
- Actively participate in providing technical leadership, expertise, and documentation in information-gathering meetings, fact-finding meetings, working sessions, presentations, and general communication.
- Analyze existing solutions to fully document business and technical functions, interfaces, security methods, user provisioning, and other dependencies.
- Analyze security methods, tools, and development practices for existing solutions and make recommendations for implementing more modern security measures.
- Develop a roadmap to be used for solution modernization, consolidation, security improvements, and efficiencies.
- Analyze current policies and procedures and make recommendations for improvements to App/Dev approach.
- Analyze and assess decision-making factors such as strategic alignment, cost/benefit, and risk.
- Recommend action against the analysis completed.
