Minimum Qualifications:

6 years of demonstrable experience in analysis and documenting detailed requirements for data warehousing and analytics projects utilizing the MS Office Toolset and SQL. Advanced knowledge of Excel and intermediate knowledge of SQL are required.

Tasks: Conduct data analysis and generate ad hoc management reports based on the requests from business units. Act as a liaison between end-users and business partners (such as IT, Change Execution, etc.) and/or third-party vendors to design feasible analytical and/or technical solutions for medium to large projects and operational needs. Write business requirements for system-related projects and work with IT and/or third-party vendors to ensure successful solution delivery. Develop appropriate process flow to improve efficiency and quality as well as meet compliance/regulatory requirements. Design and perform user acceptance tests to ensure a system or application functions as expected. Develop job aids and user manuals.

Highly Desired Knowledge and Skills:

The proposed candidate should have excellent analytical, written, verbal, and communication skills, with experience performing complex data analysis. The candidate should also be able to effectively engage with complex organizational business units and achieve results through influence and collaboration.
