Required Skills:
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in technical program management, including oversight of program cost, schedule, and performance.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience assembling project plans, giving teamwork assignments, identifying resource needs and escalating issues appropriately. At least two (2) years of that experience must be in a lead capacity.
- A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience with completing projects on time and on budget while maintaining quality.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in coordinating effective communication (written and verbal) with all stakeholders through the project.
- A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated effective meeting facilitation skills.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in removing project roadblocks.
- A minimum of five (5) years following a project from inception to completion.
- Possession of a bachelor’s degree OR four (4) additional years of experience in technical program management on top of the five (5) years required in Qualification 1.
Desired Skills:
