Senior Enterprise Architect

Mandatory Qualifications: 
  • A minimum of seven years of experience applying Senior Enterprise Architect principles. At least five years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related field or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Copy of degree must be provided to verify, if applicable.
  • A minimum of five years of experience providing Enterprise Architect services for legacy system modernization services on a project with multiple enterprise-wide capabilities, using Software as a Service (SaaS) with 50,000 numbers of named users.
Desirable Qualifications:   
  • A minimum of five years of experience on IT projects implementing human capital management (HCM) and/or payroll capabilities or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • The key staff has experience with developing and participating in Proof of Concept (POC) activities.
  • Possess certification as a Project Management Professional from industry or profession recognized body [e.g. Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)].
  • Possess certification as a Senior Enterprise Architect from industry or profession recognized body [e.g. The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF)].
  • A minimum of four years of experience managing and/or guiding implementation of Senior Enterprise Architect Programs at a federal or state (e.g. departmental or agency level).

Certifications:          
  • Possess certification as a Project Management Professional from industry or profession recognized body [e.g. Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)].
