At least five (5) years of experience performing requirements gathering and analysis, developing use cases, and performing advisory and consulting services related to CRM solutions.
At least three (3) years of experience developing strategy and implementation roadmaps related to CRM.
Desirable Qualifications:
Experience designing CRM solutions in a Pension/Retirement or financial organization.
Experience managing IT Projects using Agile methodologies and knowledge of Agile best practices.
Experience managing IT projects using industry standards and best practices such as Project Management Institute (PMI) PMBOK.
Experience providing consulting services for public sector entities such as a local, state, or federal agency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in information technology.
