Two (2) years of experience performing IT technical writing. Experience can include being in a position as a specialist or research assistant in a technical field.
Possess a bachelor’s degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
Five (5) years of experience researching, developing, editing, and reviewing technical documents for software, hardware, technical procedures, and computer related services, and performing document management and version control processes.
Five (5) years of experience with Microsoft Office products using advanced principal features of Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel.
Two (2) years of experience performing IT technical writing including online help, design specifications, manuals, test plans, and how-to-guides. Experience can include being in a position as a specialist or research assistant in a technical field.
